Luster Design began in 2023 as a passion project, and over time I’ve grown it into a thriving, women‑owned website management and design business. I’m dedicated to helping others build strong, effective online platforms by delivering fast, reliable website creation, seamless management, and thoughtful design. From initial setup to continuous optimization, I make sure every system integrates smoothly so my clients can focus on their work while I take care of the digital details.
Founder
Mila Mullin is the founder of Luster Design dedicated to helping businesses strengthen their online presence through clean, modern, and strategic digital experiences. Currently a student at the University of Florida studying Geography with a minor in Statistics, Mila blends analytical thinking with creative problem‑solving to deliver websites that are both visually compelling and functionally effective.
Her interest in business and digital design began early, sparked by school courses in entrepreneurship and website development. Since then, Mila has built a strong foundation in understanding how websites support brand identity, customer engagement, and business growth. She enjoys working closely with clients to develop tailored solutions whether refreshing an existing site, building one from the ground up, or providing ongoing management and optimization.
